He is an actor, a sports start and a media entity. He is all about fitness and he is the one who invented the fitness regime called “Tae Bo”. When he was growing up he had to face and battle problems like tendon and dyslexia. He appeared in many films like “Showdown”, “The Last Boy Scout”, “Kiss the Girls”, etc. He also launched his own fitness video album called “Tae Bo Workout: Basic”. One of his upcoming movies is “Les Wolf”. He was also a stuntman in movies like “China O’Brien II”, “Driving Me Crazy” and “TC 2000”.
