Born on March 5, 1963 Joel Osteen is a former Baptist pastor, author and preacher. Joel has four siblings who are also involved in proper ministry work. He is married to his wife Victoria. L. lloff and has two children Alexandra and Jonathan. Joel focuses on the righteousness of God so as to create a positive aura in his surroundings. Osteen is also famous as an author with his second book topping the N.Y.T best sellers list. Many describe him as being very inspirational. He also grabbed a place in the top ten most fascinating people by Barbara Walters. Osteen unfortunately has been plagued with loads of hoaxes. The famous one being the Osteen hoax in which a website published that he had resigned from the position of pastor, has rejected Christ and started doubting his faith in his religion. All the claims and websites were fake and later on removed from the internet.
