Tyson Beckford was born on December 19, 1970. He is more known as an American fashion model and actor. He is best remembered as Ralph Lauren Polo the model. He has also hosted both the seasons of the Bravo program Make Me a Supermodel.  It was in the year 1992 that he was recruited to the hip hop magazine “The Source” by a talent scout. He was also declared "Man of the Year" in 1995 by the cable television music channel VH1. The actor was injured in a car accident on June 7, 2005 in Secaucus, New Jersey. Tyson Beckford also has a son, Jordan Beckford who was born in 1998, from a previous relationship with the stylist celebrity April Roome. He has been nominated for a award in 2014 for his movie “Addicted”.
