Jason Isaacs mini bio: Jason Isaacs was born on 6th June 1963 in Liverpool, England to Jewish parents. He first had a small role as a doctor in the film, The Tall Guy (1989). He was an actor for television dramas such as Capital City (1989) and BBC drama Civvies (1992). He guest starred in a number of movies including Taggart, and Highlander: The Series (1993). His first appearance in Hollywood movies was in the movie, Event Horizon (1977). He also starred alongside with Bruce Willis in the movie, Armageddon (1998). He played as a priest in the acclaimed film, The End of Affair (1999). He starred alongside Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger in the film, The Patriot (2000), He played as the main role in the BBC Four miniseries The State Within (2006). He received a nomination for the Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television in the 65th Golden Globe Awards. sponsored:
