Gene Simmons was born in Israel where she was named Chaim Witz. Her birthday falls on August 25th. Later on she moved to America where she flourished her career as a singer, record producer, actor, entrepreneur and guitarist. He is the bass guitarist as well as the co-lead vocalist of the hard rock band “Kiss” founded in the beginning of 1970s. With the band “Kiss” he has sold over 100 million albums all over the country. Chaim Witz took birth at the famous Ramban Hospital. He migrated to New York City with his mother Flora Florence Klein. Initially the family was very poor where they have live life on just bread and milk. After coming to the United States he renamed his original name after taking up his mother’s middle name. Life became easier thereafter and he struggled initially to establish himself as a musician. Before he had taken up the typing work to earn his livelihood.
