Cillian Murphy mini bio: Cillian Murphy Cillian Murphy is an Irish actor who is seen working in films as well as theatre. This blue eyed actor has done out of the box roles and his diverse performances has fetched him critical approval. He started his career as a musician and was a rock singer. His debut film was Disco pigs which was released in the year 1996. He came into notice in the year 2003 for his role in 28 days later and Batman Begins. He was seen in its sequels, the dark knight and in The Dark Knight Rises. Murphy’s role in Inception was also commendable and gave him public recognition. He has taken up three movies for the year 2014 which are Heart of the Sea, aloft and Transcendence. He has also been signed for the sequel of Tron.
