Amy Meredith Poehler is one of the finest American actresses, producer, comedian and writer. She was born on 16th September, 1971 and brought up in Burlington. She did her graduation in the year 1993 from Boston College. Later on she moved to Chicago and then to New York City where Amy became a part of the Upright Citizens Brigade Troupe. In the year 2011, she became a part of a famous television series Saturday Night Live which continued till 2009. After working on many television shows, she turned towards the film industry and tried her luck there too. Blades of Glory, Mean Girls, Hamlet 2 etc are some of the movies she worked in. Soon her acting career reached great heights and she became a popular name in the American industry. Amy married Will Amett in 2003.
