Patrick Joseph Wilson was born on 3rd July 1973 in Norfolk, Virginia. His first appearance is in The Alama (2004). He played as Raoul in the film musical, The Phantom of the Opera. He was nominated for Satellite Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for his role as Raoul and Le Vicomte de Chagny in The Phantom of the Opera. He starred as Brad Adamson in the movie, Little Children (2006), which was nominated for Satellite Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for Little Children. He played as Michael Shephard in the film Running with Scissors (2006). He played as Dan Dreiberg in Watchmen (2009). His role as Josh Lambert in Insidious (2011) was nominated for Scream Award for Best Horror Actor. He also starred as Josh Lambert in Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013). He has a number of movies in post production including Space Station 76 (2013), Lets Kill Ward's Wife (2014), Jack Strong (2014), Stretch (2014), and North of Hell (2014). He is currently filming Big Stone Gap where he played as Jack MacChesney.
