He started his acting career at very young age of six years, when he starred in a movie name Macbeth. His role was the lead role in the movie and it saw the beginning of his limelight career. Ian Fraser Kilmister kept his movie selection style quite random to excel in every genre of movies. He even starred in many TV shows, as guest or recurring star. The most significant role in his career came with the role of John Lennon in the movie Nowhere Boy. He is also very popular for his role of David "Dave" Lizewski in the movie Kick Ass. His most recognized work includes movies like The Greatest, Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, The Apocalypse, Shanghai Knights, Kick-Ass 2, Kick Ass, and Nowhere Boy.
