Morgan freeman was born onJune 1, 1937in Memphis, Tennessee.He is renowned narrator, actor and film director. His performances have led to him being nominated for academy awards for the movies like invictus, street smart, the shawshank redemption and driving daisy. Morgan also won screen actors award and golden globe award. Other films that he has appeared in include: March of the penguins, seven, unforgiven, the sum of all fears, kiss the girls and along came the spider. He was born to Morgan freeman who was a barber and died in 1967 and mayme Edna who was a teacher. From 1967 to 1979, he was married to Jeanette Adair bradshaw.in 1984; Morgan married Myrna colley-lee. They later got divorced in 2010. Morgan has been involved I a number of charity work. In collaboration with others, they formed Grenada relief fund  which was meant to help people who were affected by hurricane Ivan. The name was layer changed to PLANIT NOW.
