Alanis Nadine Morissette is an American-Canadian songwriter-singer, record producer, actress and guitarist. She has received seven Grammy Awards and 16 Juno Awards, was selected for two Golden Globe Awards. In Canada Alanis Nadine Morissette started her career, and as a young person recorded two albums of dance-pop, Now Is the Time and Alanis, under the Canada MCA Records. The first international album of Morissette was the rock-inclined Jagged Little Pill, out in the year 1995. The Jagged Little Pill has sold more than thirty three million units worldwide. Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie her next album was released in the year 1998. Alanis Nadine Morissette took up making duties for her following albums that comprise Under Rug Swept, Flavors of Entanglement and So-Called Chaos. Bright lights and Havoc, her eighth studio album was released on 28th August, 2012. Nadine Morissette has sold over 60 million worldwide albums. She is even recognized for her emotive and powerful mezzo-soprano voice.
