Hans Zimmerman is a well known German musical genius. He has composed original sound tracks for many academy nominated movies like The Thin Red Line, The Lion King, Crimson Tide, Gladiator, Inception, The last Samurai and The Dark Knight. Zimmerman likes to add creativity to his music through the valued addition of music from other music composers who he finds through his company Remote Control Productions. Zimmerman’s career took a leap when he was approached by director Barry Levinson to score music for Rain Man. Rain Man won best picture award with Zimmerman’s score being nominated for academy award. Zimmerman goes out of the box to score music for his movies. Zimmerman usually works with the keyboard, synthesizers and pianos. His score for Lion King won him a grammy for the best musical album for children. Zimmerman currently resides in Los Angeles with his four children and beautiful wife Suzanne.
