Charlize Theron was born in the year 1975. She belonged to South Africa. Later she moved to America and started her acting career. Fashion modeling which she took up early helped her to shape her life. She gained fame and recognition in the year 1990s after some of the movies Mighty Joe Young, The Cider House Rules, The Devil’s Advocate. She has received several awards for her role as a serial killer in Monster which was released in 2003. This helped her win the Silver Bear, Screen Actors Guide Awards, Academy Awards and Golden Globe Awards. All these accolades were for her extraordinary acting as the major character in the movie. She became the first South African actress to win all these awards in main category. She transferred her career into production field in both series and films.  The movie North Country helped her win Academy Awards and Golden Globe Award once again. Some of the hit movies include Prometheus, Snow White &the Huntsman and Young Adult. Later on she shifted to America.
