He is better known as a comedian, and is best known for appearance as Steve Stifler in the American Pie series. Thus, it can be said that he first received fame with his appearance on American Pie in 1999. Thereafter, he reached a peak of success with American Pie 2, American Wedding, and American Reunion. However, in comparison to the other actors Scott was paid a minimum amount of $8,000 for his supportive roles.
