Robert Duvall mini bio:

Robert Selden Duvall was born on 5th January 1931 to Mildred Virginia and William Howard Duvall. He played as Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore in Apocalypse Now (1979) . He also plaed as Lieutenant Colonel Bull Meechum in The Great Santini. His roles in both films were nominated for Academy Award. He won the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role in the film. He played as Thomas Spellacy in True Confessions (1981). He played as Mac Sledge in tender Mercies (1983). He played as Augustus Gus McCrae in the TV mini series Lonesome Dove, wich won him the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. He appeared as Joseph Stalin in the TV film, Stalin (1992). He appeared as Karl's father in Sling Blade (1996) . He appeared as Adolf Eichmann in The Man Who Captured Eichmann (1996). He also starred in other movies including The Apostle (1997), The Gingerbread Man (1998), Broken Trail (2006), and Get Low (2010). He is currently filming A Night in Old Mexico (2013 and The Judge (2014).
