Daryl Christine Hannah began her career as an actor in the year 1978 with her role in the film, 'The Fury'. Films like Blade Runner and Kill Bill have been greatly appreciated as part of her career for her outstanding performance. Apart from showing versatility as an actor, she showed her talent as a writer, director and producer with the film 'The Last Supper'; it won the 'Best Short' award at The Berlin Film Festival in 1994. She won the Best Fight award at the MTV Movie Awards in 2005 and Best Supporting Actress at Saturn Award in 2004 for her role in Kill Bill Vol.2. She won the Best Actress award for Splash at Saturn Award in 1984 and has also received many distinctions and awards for her contributions towards various agencies to help save and restore the environment.
