Antônio Carlos Santos de Freitas is more commonly known as Carlinhos Brown. He was born on 23rd November, 1962 in Salvador, Bahia in Brazil. He is Son-in-Law of Chico Buarque de Hollanda and Marieta Severo. He is a singer and an actor. He had made appearances in movies like “Speed 2: Cruise Control” and “Fast and the Furious 5”. Apart from that he has appeared in many Brazilian films and TV shows. He is currently appearing as a major participant in Brazilian singing reality show called “The Voice Brasil”. He is also one of the voice artists of the animated movie “Rio”. He is also rumored to give his voice in the Rio sequel, Rio 2. Some other movies he appeared in include Razor in Flesh, Xuxa and the Elves, etc.
