Quincy Jones mini bio: Quincy Delight Jones Jr. He is regarded as one of the top TV personalities. Quincy was born in the year 1933 in Chicago to a carpenter and back executive parents. He enrolled in Garfield high school and discovered his love for music. In the year 1951, Jones was responsible for winning the scholarship of music award to study in the berklee College in Boston. Jones worked on multiple projects overseas and later returned to New York for composing music. In the year 1963, he won the first Grammy award for the music called I can’t stop loving you. In the year 1964, Quincy composed the music for the film” The Pawnbroker”. Jones conducted and arranged different songs for the frank Sinatra orchestra. In the year 1978, Jones came into contact with Michael Jackson and composed the album called thriller which became a runaway hit. sponsored:
