Richard Tiffany Gere began his actor career in the year 1970s. Born in the year 1949, he tools a prominent role in several movies in 1980s.  The classy role and acting skills in American Gigolo established him as the sex symbol and the leading man. He became a star in various movies which includes, Primal Fear, Chicago, and Pretty Woman etc. He is the recipient of the Golden Globe Award and Screen Actor Guild Award for his uncanny acting skills as the leading actor. Gere’s mother was a homemaker and his father was an insurance agent for NMIC. Gere completed his graduation from North Syracuse school where he exceled in the gymnastic, playing trumpet and music. Later he attended University of Massachusetts Amherst for gymnastics while studying philosophy as the major subject.  People’s magazine names him as the Sexiest Man Alive for the year 1999. Some of his hits include Unfaithful, The Hunting Party, Nights in Rodanthe and many more
