Bernadette Peters was an American actress, singer, author and comedienne. She is a well known Broadway performers. She received 7 nominations for Tony Awards and won two of them. She also received 9 nominations for Drama Desk Awards and won three of them. Four Broadway cast albums where she starred in also won the Grammy Awards. She started her career performing on the stage since she was a child. Then, she started to act in film and television shows. Se had appeared in 33 television shows and films starting from 1973. Some of the television shows which she appeared in include The Muppet Show, The Carol Burnett Show, Silent Movie, The Jerk, Pennies from Heaven and Annie. She had 6 solo albums.
