He is well known for his famous roles- Jacob singer in Jacob’s Ladder, Griffin Mill in The Player, Nuke in Bull Durham, and Andy Dufresne in The

Shawshank  Redemption. As an actor Robbins also won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for Mystic River.
