When my second granddaughter was born, their parents chose the name Aïshah for her.  This reminded me of John Wayne's daughter Aissa who I saw many times on the set with her father. I used to like John Wayne until I realised he was one of those I disliked deeply because of his support and condoning of the genocide of Native Americans and the mass murder of Indo Chinese people who never harmed Americans.
