Malcolm John Rebennack Jr. Also known as Dr. John in America is well known singer, song writer, pianist and well established guitarist. He is famous for his memorable and smashing numbers that comprises of blues, jazz, and rock and roll. He got his name and fame in early 1970s where he performed on stage for medicine shows as a voodoo actor and performer.

The winner of six Grammy Awards, Dr. John got his name registered in the Hall of Fame of Rock and Roll world by very famous John Legend in the year 2011. However, it would be worth mentioning that being born and raised in New Orleans, Mr. Rebennack had to face struggling and difficult phase of his life. Still when opportunity knocked on his door he gave his very best and became king of Blues.

The latest Grammy Award to Dr. John was given in the year 2013 for the best album iin the genre of Blues under the title Locked Down.
