Ian Murray McKellen is one of the most popular British actors who received a lot of fame from the people. Born on 25th May 1939, he has received a number of awards like Emmy Awards, Tony Award, Academy Awards and many more. Born in Wigan, Ian was one of the well known personalities of the film industry. He started with the theatre activities and performed in a number of stage shows. Once he became popular , he turned towards the films and some excellent movies came his way.  Apart from being active in acting, he has produced several movies with a few lined up for the upcoming months as well. Ian has been honored with a number of titles and awards that have brought a difference to his success with lots of recognitions in his name.
